Welcome to Creo! Your use of www.creoliving.com constitutes your agreement to follow the Terms and Conditions that apply to your access and use of the site as well to the sale of Creo products. You must not use www.creoliving.com if you disagree with any of the Terms and Conditions.

All products are subject to availability. All purchased products will be for personal use only and will not be used for commercial / distribution.
Product or product price can be changed without prior notice.
Upon placing of order you will receive a sale order through SMS, Whatsapp and/or email. Such confirmation is only confirmation that we have received your order. It is not acceptance of your order and Creo retains the right to contact your in the event it is unable to process your order for any reason.
The sale order will include the item name, item quantity, item description, item per unit price, total amount, freight charges and applicable taxes (if any). Our representative will call and/or email and confirm your sale order.
For orders outside Karachi, please share over SMS, Whatsapp and/or email the bank deposit slip agasint your sale order so that your order can be dispatched. For orders within Karachi, we shall SMS, Whatsapp and/or email the dropoff time and date and payment will be Cash On Delivery (COD).
Your order counts as an offer to purchase goods from us and acceptance of your order will take place as soon as payment, whether partial or full, is received by us. Except where a product is damaged, the completion of the contract between Creo and yourself takes place once Creo dispatches or delivers your Order.
All sale orders can be cancelled up to twelve(12) hours of making payment against a sale order. No refund/exchange will be entertained against the Sale Order beyond the mentioned time.
When cancelling a sale order please call or Whatsapp our representative and mention the sale order number and provide your bank account details. You will be notified once your cancellation is processed and payment refunded. Please allow forty eight (48) hours for processing of cancellation request against a sale order.
No exchange will be provide against goods received in good condition. We encourage customers to review the specifiaction of each product over the website or by inquiring through Whatsapp prior to order placement.
We encourage you to check your product at the time of receipt. In case a product is incorrect, missing and/or damaged, you must notify us within twenty four (24) hours for a replacment against the product. No returns or replacement will be permitted thereafter.
When incorrect, missing and/or damaged goods are received please call or Whatsapp our representative and mention the sale order number and the issue with the order. We will ship a replacement against the said product.
Our products are hand made by artisans and sized as accurately as possible, however, products may vary slightly in size, color and pattern from the pictures shown on our website. Materials occurring in nature, such as marble will vary in pattern and color as each marble slab is unique. Further, there may be variations in colors due to image reproduction, original photography or variation in the resolution setting of your computer & mobile screen brightness. Products and pictures should be used as a product presentation only.We do not accept exchanges on the basis to any of these variations.
The pictures on our website may contain props which may not be part of Creo’s collection and will not be included in the sale of a product unless specified.

Creo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Those changes will go into effect on the Last Updated Date shown in the revised Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the website, you are agreeing to the revised Terms and Conditions. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our website.
